Grace Technologies interview questions

A few technical questions mixed in with a barrage of behavioral questions unique to their challenges. In addition, 1 of the questions, a national origin one, was illegal. The entire process smacked of a poorly organized company lacking any strong direction besides the mandate to make its private owners money and keep the outfit in their ownership. For example, despite having big ambitions, the company hasn't partnered with any entity that can provide the funding or exposure it needs to achieve those.
