Initial phone screen on Zoom where they talked about the role and pay and asked me about my teaching experience. Was called in quite quickly for an in-person interview at the center were they mostly just asked questions about my interests. After that I got to observe a session with one of the experienced coaches for about an hour. They called me the next day or so with an offer and I began with the training.
