I applied and was called the next day for face to face panel interview with 2 supervisors. Passed that and did a 2nd interview with the department manager. Was told they would call back in two weeks.

I applied online which consisted of an application and assessment. The assessment was customer-service oriented and also sought to assess the candidate's personality. A few hours later, I received a call from a recruiter who wanted to schedule an interview. The following day, I went to the interview at Grady Memorial hospital. I was interviewed by two people. One was a executive director and the other was a manager, I believe. They both were extremely nice, which made me feel very comfortable. They asked me about my availability. After that, they each asked me behavioral based questions and wrote down notes in a packet. The questions were designed to assess candidates problem solving, critical thinking, time management, organization, and customer service skills. You'll be expected to present scenarios from previous jobs that you have had. Even though they were the ones asking me questions, it felt much more like a conversation.
