I was called back to a conference room with two gentlemen- one was the chief operations officer and the other was a health educator. My interview application consisted of a writing sample about a health issue of which I have a clearly defined plan for tackling, which I had opportunity to speak about during the interview. Both gentlemen offered feedback and positive reinforcement, which I appreciated. I was also asked the typical behavioral questions which come upin an interview: what would you do if, have you ever had team member that... how did you resolve the issue, etc. The one thing that I didn't particularly care for was how once the interview was finished, I was asked if I was part of any sororities, which I wasn't. I wasnt sure how it applied to my qualifications, but apparently both gentlemen were in fraternities .
Overall, the interview process went well. I wasn't offered the position, but that happens sometimes.
