First interview was with the HR woman and the head engineering manager. I was nervous at the beginning but they made the interview more into a conversation about who I was as a person and about my skill set and engineering experience, which made the experience much more comforting. Second interview was with the same HR woman and two engineers who I would potentially be working with towards their latest project. In this interview, there were more questions about my engineering project experience and technical/soft skills that would be useful to their organization. They also asked how I would handle certain situations-typical stuff. Overall the interview experience was very conversational and pleasant.
