I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Graham Packaging (Mason, OH) in Jun 2023
Interview
I attended a hiring event hosted by the company at a local hotel. I was surprised by how many applicants were there along with me. Once I got past the wait, it was like a speed date. l had a 5 minute interview with a recruiter who has a shortlist of criteria they are looking for and since I was a good fit, they gave me a chance to be interviewed by a Supervisor that same day and extended an offer to me the following day.
