The first round was very basic questions. The first 15 minutes was the recruiter asking yes and no questions. The second round the managers got into more in depth questions.
Initial phone screening that takes about 30 minutes, then you move into 2nd and 3rd round of interviews with the people you'll be working directly with. They sounded really heavily focused on metrics and numbers, which is a bit of a red flag.

Quick 30 minute screening interview with an admin, second round was a longer interview with management. Both were digital and on Zoom. Both were scheduled one or two days prior to the interviews. I do not know the process after, as I withdrew my candidacy mid-interview.
