There interview process was in depth. There were personality questionnaires, as well as in person interviews. They asked many situational questions, related to the job and outside the purview. The manager conducted the interviews and they were formal. There is also a two week training and an exam after that you must pass to maintain employment status.

I’ve applied three times. Each time they tell me they’re not hiring but says hiring on website. I’ve each went so far as to showing my face. Still nothing no job offering.
Super chill - mostly conversational - tip: be yourself and practice your behavioral scenarios. Dress appropriately and show enthusiasm for giving the guest the best experience at the Grand Lux.
