Interview
I first had an initial phone screening and was contacted the next day to set up an in-person interview. The interview was with 3 panelists and consisted of situational questions. I received a call the next day for a second interview which consisted of two 45 minute sessions with 2 panelists in each. Questions were situational again.

I joined the interview process late and believe I skipped a few steps. I was invited to the headquarters where three hiring managers interviewed me and showed me around the facilities. The facilities are very impressive.

Asked some pretty tough situational questions. They are looking for people who can multitask and work under pressure while dealing with customers.
