The whole process took about 6 weeks. It started with a short phone screen with HR. I had a longer phone intervie with the hiring manager about a week later. After that, I was invited on site to interview for a few hours with 6-8 different people. HR called the next week to get a feel for how it went and asked for references. She called them, and a few days later a verbal offer was extended. I then completed a background check and drug screen. Once those checked out, the formal offer process happened.
