Granicus Account Executive interview questions

Had to do an Assessment. Phone screen. Never heard any update on next steps which was frustrating. I emailed 3 times to inquire on next steps and never heard anything, so didnt seem like they had their act together

From the initial phone screening to final panel interview, the process took 13 weeks. All said and done, the process included a phone screening, a proctored skills/IQ/Personality test, two 1:1 interviews, and a mock sales presentation/panel interview. After the final 2-hour mock presentation/panel interview, the HR team failed to ever get back to me or respond to email inquiries and phone calls with voicemails left. Ghosted. I assumed an offer was not made after not hearing back for 2 weeks but this was later confirmed by messaging the panel interviews via LinkedIn. This is an unacceptable practice and felt very disrespectful to me and the time I put into the interview process. There seems to be an extreme disconnect between the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers which ultimately creates a poor applicant experience.
