It was a small interview in careerfair and generally ask about interest in areas, internships willing to relocate and background education. Then they got my resume and ask for apply online.
Laid back interview that was not that bad. Interviewed by two project managers and one senior project manager. Interview last less than 3 minutes and was not super formal . After the interview I got a call that I got an offer

I met with Granite representatives during a career fair at my university. They asked me to follow up in which I ended up getting a phone interview with a project executive.

They asked about field experience, and a great portion on the courses I had taken related to transportation such as pavement design, highway transportation engineering (with DOT's codes, and BIM experience.
