Smooth and relaxed setting with multiple project managers and area manager. Everyone was friendly and made the interview flow like a conversation. HR had done research on my background and asked several pointed questions.

Interview
HR reached out to me to conduct an over the phone interview to discuss the role and my previous experience. Overall, the talk went well and they mentioned they were going to forward my information to the hiring manager for review and would get back to me with a week or two with a response on how they wanted to proceed. 3 weeks went by and I never heard anything, I sent an email to the original HR contact with no response/communication.
As a follow up, a couple of months later, they reached out again for the same position and application that they wanted to schedule an HR phone interview… again.
I’m not sure how they conduct interviews or their recruitment/hiring process but it doesn’t seem like they are really hiring or interested in pursuing anything. I really don’t recommend.
