I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Granite Construction (Detroit, MI) in May 2021
Interview
Pretty Easy and Straightforward the recruiter was prompt in communication. The interview was moderate level. Granite likes to know about your passion and interests. Should have knowledge with bridges and interstate construction.

Interview
Interview process was good but they ask for much and don't offer a good compensation. I went through three rounds of interviews but hiring manager didn't like me. They didn't bother to tell me they weren't interested on me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Granite Construction (Tucson, AZ) in Apr 2022
Interview
Decent, I had several interviews because one of the area managers left on vacation which caused me to have the same type of interview several times, most of the questions are just trying to gauge your attitude out on the field

Interview was ok. Employer seem ok, I didn't feel too comfortable during the interview because interview commute was far to get to. Employee did not have many jobs in the northeast region.
