Das Bewerbungsgespräch war insgesamt eine gemischte Erfahrung. Die Gesprächsatmosphäre war zwar freundlich, aber teilweise etwas unstrukturiert. Einige Fragen wirkten sehr allgemein und wenig auf die konkrete Position bezogen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass sich das Team viel Zeit genommen hat und offen auf Rückfragen eingegangen ist. Allerdings hätte ich mir mehr Klarheit zu den nächsten Schritten und den Erwartungen an die Rolle gewünscht. Insgesamt ein solides, aber nicht ganz überzeugendes Interview.
