I applied online. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Melbourne) in Feb 2024
Interview
A really long interview process. You had to do a bunch of quizzes which had maths, personality questions and problem solving. Took around 3 hours. Then a video interview which was not as long. It was one way digital.
there was a digital interview and psychometric assessment first, then a 4 hour assessment centre and in person interview before they decide whether to proceed with your application. the psychometric was about an hour long
It was easy to go. They asked questions about why you chose Grant Thornton, how you manage multiple tasks, and how you streamlined workflow in your previous role. Each question is 1-minute long and there are only 3 questions.
Went to the assessment center. It was quite old-fashioned, need to write your answer down on papers. The video interview questions are quite simple, but you can only record once.
