Eerst een uitbundig gesprek met HR, hierna direct gesprek met Audit Managers. Veel persoonlijke vragen maar ook veel vragen over boekhouden gerelateerd. Aangeraden om even op te frissen als dit lang geleden is geweest.

1. 15min interview over the phone with HR. Questions like why are you seeking this job, questions about your resumé etc. 2. 1h interview over zoom, competence-based regarding former employement. "Describe a situation where you..."-type questions. 3. On-site interview with teamlead and an additional member of the team. More personality-based, they want to find out if you are a fit within the team.
