The interview took about 15-20 minutes by the HR manager. It was suppose to be a group interview but 3 did not turn up for the interview. The HR asked us 3 questions and gave her feedback regarding our performance. After a week, I was informed by email that I was hired.

If that's true, I think it's unfair.
