Initial communication through internal referral was 30 min phone interview about main skills, experience overall, and career goals. In-person interview with two hiring managers for public sector. Emphasis on culture and collaboration. Adaptability and behavioral/situational questions. Friendly, professional and positive experience from beginning to end.
