It was 5 stage process 1. HR screening 2. discussion with VP 3. discussion with Architect 4. discussion with CTO 5.HR discussion. All people involved were warm and very energetic and it was more of discussion rather than and interview that is what I like most (That's why I have not used word interview above). Company has very clear vision and road map. Also product is very promising considering the kind of data is pilling up day by day.
