Interview
There are literally 4 hr rounds before moving into technical. First is the phone screening then writing test cases then apitute round and then with the head HR. I cleared these rounds but got out in the 4th reason being that they were looking for something different and that didnt matched with my skillset. I would like the HRs to be more considerate with the JD. If you guys know that API testing is something which is mandatory (that I got to know from head HR) then it should be mentioned in the JD but sadly after wasting my time for hours they weren't aware about this.
I hope recruiters do the resume screening properly and then only call the candidates as they are wasting you time and theirs as well.
