Started with phone screen with HR, which went well. Then I was suppose to have a follow up onsite interview with HR Manager only, but 3 others showed up for a panel interview unannounced. I arrived to the interview before everyone and waited around at front door until after my scheduled interview time for the HR Manager to start her shift and get me upon her arrival. I was told they would contact me no matter if I'm the chosen applicant or not, but I never received that call or email. Although I feel like their HR department greatly needs my assistance, I'm very lucky to not be apart of an unprofessional, unorganized, and rude HR department. If they don't care about their applicants, they won't care about their employees.
