Unstructured interview process, no follow up despite my chasing an update, ghosted by the HR manager, I feel there were a few red flags despite this I was still willing to take the chance as I found this a challenge. All of my skills were a great fit for what they were looking for, I felt the interview did go well even though there were no structured questions, I made excuses thing maybe they just wanted to understand my personality.
