I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gravity Sketch (New York, NY)
Interview
I felt very comfortable during the interview process. The team lead conducted the interview and was very transparent about what the interview process would consist of. It was a 3 part interview with an assignment after the first round. The assignment was mainly to see your thought process and how you would handle unique situations. They were very clear that they need someone to come in and take complete control, my understanding is that there would not be a complete onboarding/training process as this is a new role within a startup. So be prepared to wear multiple hats! Things went great but it was radio silence after the 2nd round I never heard anything back from the company, I counted that as a loss and moved on. It's shocking that after putting so much time and effort into an interview that a simple email letting candidates know they'll be moving in a different direction was not provided. It's an interesting App and I wish the company all the best!

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Gravity Sketch in Sep 2022
Interview
I applied online (Aug 29) and answered the pre-screen questions. I received an interview invitation probably within a week. My initial interview (Sept 6) was great, then I received a 3 part take home activity. There was a lag for a couple weeks because of their company trip, but I was kept in the loop. Afterwards I had another interview to go over my take home activity responses. A couple weeks later, I had a culture fit interview with two current employees. Then a meeting about a week later with the Talent partner. I was offered the position a few days later (Oct 24). It was definitely the longest interview process I've had (almost 7 weeks), but not the most difficult, and I understand that the few disruptions made the process longer than it would be normally.
