Gravity Sketch interview questions

I was contacted by a Senior Talent Partner at Gravity Sketch about the opportunity via linkedin and had a 1 on 1 with that person to see if it was a good fit (for either of us). Next I met 1 on 1 with the hiring manager for the position and my potential direct report. They asked the right questions and explained why they were looking for someone like me. The third step was a larger (team) interview/walk-through in VR to check some of my previous work and vet my basic knowledge of their tool. Finally, I met with the CEO to see if there was a good culture fit and expectation alignment for the actual position. I did meet one more time after the final with the 2 team members locally I would be working with on a day-to-day - I thought that was essential and had no problem agreeing to the last minute add-on.

I applied online (Aug 29) and answered the pre-screen questions. I received an interview invitation probably within a week. My initial interview (Sept 6) was great, then I received a 3 part take home activity. There was a lag for a couple weeks because of their company trip, but I was kept in the loop. Afterwards I had another interview to go over my take home activity responses. A couple weeks later, I had a culture fit interview with two current employees. Then a meeting about a week later with the Talent partner. I was offered the position a few days later (Oct 24). It was definitely the longest interview process I've had (almost 7 weeks), but not the most difficult, and I understand that the few disruptions made the process longer than it would be normally.
