Tell me about a time when you had to be in charge of a task from start to finish. What was it like and what did you do to get the job done.
Pretty easy, had a recruiter reach out then had a call with the manager, took about 2 weeks to hear back so the turn around was good. One phone interview than I had a virtual interview due to my location at the time.

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I learned a lot more about the role, especially because it is a Union position. I appreciated that it was in-person and I felt the interviewer was genuinely interested in what I was looking to get from the role.
