Interviews were informal. They asked about my background, why I applied for the position, and some general business-type questions. Everyone was very friendly and kind. I spoke with the recruiter first, then went through 2 interviews and created a presentation before meeting with the director who made the offer.

I had a phone screening and was told if I proceed it'll be a more in depth screening the next time. A day later I sent a thank you email but I never heard from them again. Not even an email saying they went with another candidate.
