I went in with high hopes because I like the Great Wolf brand but the process was so disorganized that I have a hard time believing that this is how they actually interview people. The hiring manager reached out to set up a phone call, then the day of the phone call they didn't dial in and after I emailed again they explained they had completely forgotten about the call and didn't have it on their calendar. We started the call late and it was a nice enough call despite being pretty scattered. They then asked me to review the company's website and give a few notes on what I liked or didn't like about it. They replied almost immediately to comment on the smallest note I made and also said they're currently testing new changes on their website. That made me wonder if they were really just looking for website feedback not an actual new hire. Then they refused to reply with more info or next steps after two more attempts to get info.
All in all, forgetting about the interview + requesting beta tester feedback as their team clearly wasn't large enough to scout for answers in normal channels + completely ghosting candidates wasn't a good look for Great Wolf.
