I applied in-person. I interviewed at Great Wolf Lodge (Concord, NC) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview was a group interview. Very relaxed and non-anxiety inducing. The interview kind of bled right into “you got the job!” It was a very easy process. Would recommend to someone looking for an easy hire. However, the job itself can be tiring and tedious.
They just ask you a couple of questions about work experience, lifeguard experience, why you want to do this job, etc. Then they ask some questions to determine your character.
It was great experience. The place was filled with interviewers at tables that were interviewing individuals for numerous roles. It felt a little overwhelming yet I felt confident enough during the interview.
