Interview was pretty straight forward on phone, just behavioral questions followed up by a in person visit with more behavioral questions and a small "quiz" that was pretty basic involving some network and computer issues, looked as if they got it off of google or something, but it was very easy. I didn't go through it as their salary cap would have been an issue for me anyway.
