I met the interviewer in the HR room, it was a quick 5 minute interview and was told before leaving whether I got the position. I started working the next week.

Interview
Two interviews. First one was with an HR manager. Pretty simple, just some behavioural questions. A little about your understanding of the themes of the company. Second interview was with a department specific manager, in my case an aquatics department manager. Same thing, a little more about the job itself. I believe if you don't have certain certifications, you have to take a swim test. I had my Bronze Cross at that point so I didn't need to do one.
