All communication was through an AI chat bot, not totally abnormal, but no one to reach out to or ask questions. I arrived 15 min early, and checked in at Starbucks, since that is where the position was for. The employee didnt know anything about it, but said she would text someone about it. Waited 45 min with no update, so I was referred to Guest Services (front desk). Asked there, and was told that was strange, but asked on the radio for assistance. The front desk worker gave me HR's number, said I should stick around for a few more minutes just in case a supervisor showed up. Waited there another 20 minutes (over an hour total after my interview time, not just from me being 15 min early) and still no one, so I thanked the front desk and said I would contact HR. The next day, I reached out, explained my situation, and they sent me a link to reschedule the interview. Later that evening, I got an email saying it was cancelled. Called the following day, asking what happened, and if the interview was still scheduled. HR receptionist said she would look into it and call me back. A few hours later, she called me back, saying they are not moving forward with me because I never showed up, and wasnt there when they were called up to the front desk.
