This is the worst interview I had. They are always asking text book questions and finally give me a NCG offer while I am applying for senior level engineer. The compensation is really low and HR always says they can go IPO. However, there is not any information on this company's funding and who can believe this company can go ipo. The hiring manager is wasting the candidates time and asked stupid questions. Never go there. Avoid this place. They said they can not afford higher salary and always says they are well funded. Who can believe this ridiculous statement.

HR call followed by phone interview. Interview setting up process was very quick and easy . Interview questions were average, not too tough ,not very easy.
One huge plus is that they are very very prompt in communication, unusual since companies take forever to setup interviews and get back with results!
