I found a listing on LinkedIn and contacted the person. He contacted me saying that I was a good fit for the position and wanted to schedule a phone interview. He never called that day and then emailed me 2 days later saying he was stuck in a meeting and wanted to rescedule. We rescheduled and he was 20 minutes late calling then was passive agressive about my salary requirements and asked if I would be wiling to work in a different location than the job was listed for. I said no and he never called back and I'm glad.
