The overall interview experience was well laid out and transparent. I believe transparency during an interview process is something that is extremely important and you can tell that Greenhouse would agree. After applying, a recruiter reached out to me within 48 hours and setup a phone call with a member from the Customer Success Team. This was a very straight forward conversation and I was asked very thoughtful introductory questions. They got back to me within 24 hours and setup the next call with a recruiter to go over logistics of the position and laid out the rest of the interview process which was a call with a manager of the Customer Success team and a virtual interview with a number of different people from the team. The next interview with the manager of CSM gave me good insight into my position and was very helpful. I then was requested to create a project prior to my next interview. The project was fun to create and provided me more insight to my potential role. I then setup a time for my virtual interview a week later. The interview lasted three hours and consisted of a Culture Add interview, Case Study and presentation of the project. Each step of the interview was carefully crafted and gave me the chance to display my value to the team and gain more knowledge from a number of people from the team. The last step was to speak with the director and this was a good chance to ask him questions and for him to get to know me. I was then reached out to a day by the recruiter who I'd been working with and got offered the position and happily accepted. While the process was more lengthy than what I have experienced, I never once felt that a step was unnecessary in the process.
