I was called to the office for in person interview. Three people interviewed me. One of them was a recent graduate from University at buffalo( We were both in one of the classes together) . He told me about the company, working culture and the benefits. The other person was a senior engineer. He asked me about my previous work experience, my graduate course work and academic projects. The third person was the vice president. He asked me about my future plans and was there throughout the interview. I was very comfortable and felt like we had very healthy conversations. A day after the interview, i got the offer through email. I was very happy and immediately accepted the offer.
