I was surprised how late they were running for interview day. I waited 35 minutes, and when I was literally about to walk out the door, the interviewer came and called me in. The interview itself was pretty unconventional. She didn't really care what I knew about the company, because she told me straight away. Then she had me walk her through my resume and asked what I wanted to do as far as an ideal job, which was strange because I thought I was going for a specific job already. She advised me that she runs pretty fast through the hiring process, and she'll call me the next day if I fit in her criteria of what she's looking for. Since she's hiring across all platforms, she'll call me to offer a position SHE thinks I'd be good for and offer a pay rate, job description, etc, and invite me for a 2nd interview.
