The process itself was really easy. I applied, got a call the next day, and set up an interview for the day after that. I did some research on the company and was impressed by what I read because it seemed liked employees liked working here. I didn't know too much about their business, but wanted to find out more. I went through 2 interviews. They definitely dug into my background and skills, but also gave me a lot of info about to company. Seemed pretty balanced overall. They did disclose to me that they were meeting with a lot of people, so I wasn't sure what my chances would be. I do have a lot management experience, but haven't worked in the industry before. I ended up being offered a position with them and started next week. I was very happy with the process and how things turned out with my employment.

Walked in and checked in on the iPad in the front. Was greeted by the recruiter. She explained the position and how the pay structure works. She pretty much hired me on spot but I was hesitant. The CRO called me with her a week later persistently trying to persuade me to come work for them. They are hiring as many people as possible.
