It was incredibly thorough. I spoke to the recruiter, then the department head, then several members of the team, then the VP of operations before being given an offer. Once given the offer, though, I did feel a tad pressured to accept sooner than later (even though I wanted the weekend to talk it over with my family) because their onboarding process only happens once every three months.
