VERY extensive. I did the application online along with a competency test. I'm not sure why, but I was called by a recruiter shortly after asking if I could take the test again, but this time on camera with a test proctor so they could watch me take the test. I did and passed. Then I didn't hear anything for about a month. Finally, I was contacted by another recruiter who said she saw my application and wanted to know if I was still interested. I told her yes and she gave me the link for the background check that was also VERY extensive. Then I spoke with two of the management members over the phone and was hired after taking my drug test.
