The first round is taking an altitude test and a personality test. You'd have to try to fail the personality one. It's something I question why anyone would buy or sell. The second round is with an HR person who went over the position with me and we discussed my qualifications. I passed that round and had to take the same aptitude test before I could go onto the final round. The final round was supposed to be with three supervisors, but only one came. That made me question how seriously they wanted me or if I was an obligatory one to meet an age bias component. The supervisor was amazing in terms of personality and interview quality. She asked me specific job related questions which I liked. It's better than tell me about a time when you didn't get along with a coworker or something generic. Our conversation wasn't rushed like being on a clock, but genuine. The biggest negative against me, I think, is that I hadn't worked with billers from another country, this one being India. Honestly, I thought that I'd get an offer and felt disappointed that I didn't. It seems like a great place to work.

Easy and very fluid. The interviewers made the process seamless and very relaxing. This type of environment led to a comfortable interview. If you are confident and know what you are talking about then you will not have any issues
