Firstly, this interview process is lengthy. This comes with good reason as far as I can tell. You start with an initial interview with their recruiters. It's a short 30 minutes interview which I assume was personality based. Next you complete a timed assessment. If you pass you move onto another quick phone conversation and setup a time to take a proctored assessment. If you pass this you move onto an interview with a manager. Mine lasted about 45 minutes. The manager was knowlegable and detail oriented. If you pass the initial interview you move onto a written assignment. These assignments vary by the job description as best as I can tell. If you pass this you have a follow on interview. Mine was with another manager in a lateral department. After that interview I had one last interview with a director level employee. The final part is a quick offer call followed by an emailed offer letter that had a 3 day requirement.
