The phone interview was fine however they have a 2 part assessment they ask you to take before coming onsite to interview. The 1st part is simple as it’s just a personality test. The 2nd is pretty intense, you need to study/practice for preparation and you have only 15 mins to answer 50 complex questions. If you pass that and make it to the onsite interview they will make you take the assessment all over again while being “watched” to prove you were the one who took it the first time. After all of this I did receive an offer however the lack of communication from the recruiter during the interview process and after the offer turned me off so I declined. They expect the candidate to jump through hoops but they take their sweet time providing any follow-up info. I’ve also been told by friends who’ve interviewed that they were completely ghosted by the recruiters after their interviews. Completely unprofessional!
