I applied online. After a couple of days, I received an email stating they were interested in me as a candidate and would like to setup an interview time. I replied with my availability and got an email confirming an interview time and date two days later. When the interview time came I did not receive a call. After a few hours I emailed them asking if there was an issue or miscommunication of some sort with my interview time. Following that I received an automated email saying they decided to carry on with the other candidates. This process was overall rude and inconsiderate. They did not have the decency to cancel my interview time or give me prior notice of the cancellation. After emailing them about the issue, there wasn't an apology or any concern for my time. Instead I got an automated response. Overall annoyed.

Very difficult aptitude test that is a mix between math, vocabulary and IQ questions. You have 15 minutes to answer 50 increasingly difficult questions. If you pass this part, you are given a quick phone interview to outline the job position and your salary requirements, then you have to take the aptitude test while proctored to make sure you didn't cheat and use a calculator the first time. The test is exactly the same so you might do better the second time. Then I scheduled an in person interview and was asked normal interview questions and told more about the company.
