I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Greenway Health (Atlanta, GA) in May 2015
Interview
One of the most unprofessional hiring processes I've ever seen. The interviewers weren't even on the same page about which position I was interviewing for, and the questions asked were very generic. The process took months, they never followed up when promised, and at the end they wanted me to consider a junior level role beneath the current role I held at a much larger and way more respected EHR firm (Epic) for far less money. It was the only job interview I've seriously considered just walking out from due to the level of disrespect to me as an applicant.
The impression I got from the company was that its software products are vastly subpar to the larger competition (their own senior staff admitted this), they lack a vision to compete in this market, and are generally very disorganized in how they search for talent.
If you're looking for a company that's going to thrive and grow long-term in the EHR space, run far away. Greenway is getting left behind in this competitive industry, and based on everything I saw while interviewing with them and my experience working at Epic, it's obvious why, and they don't seem to have any real plan to turn it around.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Largely irrelevant questions to the position I applied for - it was a bait and switch to interview for a different, junior position, which I declined to consider
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Greenway Health (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2024
Interview
Interview process was fun and quick
They had 5 rounds with a quick screening with analytical and critical thinking online test .
Then direct interview with manager,
A quick panel, skip level manager and the peer manager . HR was super kind throughout the process
It was relatively quick and the recruiter kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. After the last interview, there was a long wait until the offer was provided.

Interview
Internal promotion , so not interview. Will have to go through three 3 to 4 rounds of interviews rounds. One aptitude and one technical round and HR. Mostly situational based and questions.
