Applied via web site and took a couple weeks to hear back from the recruiter. Phone screen with HR Recruiter fairly detailed for that stage probably ran 45 minutes - 1 hr long. The online exam process was poorly managed in my opinion and should be something applicants think twice about before spending much time with Greenway given the other mixed review information that is published.

Interview process was fun and quick
They had 5 rounds with a quick screening with analytical and critical thinking online test .
Then direct interview with manager,
A quick panel, skip level manager and the peer manager . HR was super kind throughout the process
It was relatively quick and the recruiter kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. After the last interview, there was a long wait until the offer was provided.
