I applied on-line. Recruiter sent an assessment for me to take. It consisted of a personality test and an IQ test which was timed. Two days later i get an email stating they would like to cont. and want to talk to me. The recruiter gave me some time options. I selected one but then never heard from him. when i emailed him back he said he would be off a few days but pick another day and he will add it to his calendar. I picked another day but have yet to hear back from him. very unprofessional. I do not appreciate the fact that they wasted my time with a test and then didn't invest time back into me. makes me think i would not enjoy working here. thanks but no thanks.
