I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Greystar (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
I got a phone call and scheduled an interview with the property manager, they asked a few typical questions but nothing challenging or unexpected, they did not personally follow up with past jobs or inquire much about past work performance. I feel like it was more an interview of my personality type to see if i'd be a good fit with their team and could attract
new potential applicants. It was pretty easy, they asked me to come back the next day to meet the regional manager.

Question 1
Why do you want to go into property management? What are your plans for the future? (5 years/10 years)
Had an interview with the property manager, then regional manager, then the builders boardroom style interview. Same questions asked through all three. As long as you have high energy with an eagerness to learn, you will be fine. Job is fairly easy.

Question 1
how would you market the property as far as outreach
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Greystar
Interview
Set up interview with property manager, Followed up for a couple of days, before interview was conducted they reached out stating they are moving with an internal transfer. It felt like they listed the posting just to be fair knowing they had filled the position already.
The process was one, on-sight, in-person session with multiple managers and/or senior associates in the company. It was well-facilitated and very encouraging. The job listings are often on LinkedIn or Indeed, and responses are very common. Communication was a major thing.
