Due to the pandemic, the interview was through Microsoft Teams. I was interviewed by Esther Ekanem. It was so far the most unprofessional interview I have ever experienced. I didn't "actually" meet her, she could see me through the video but I was not able to see her. During the interview, she was laughing at what someone else was saying, and later apologize saying that her assistant was telling her something. Also, during the interview, I was hearing water running, dishes, T.V? Really? I took the time for YOU and Esther couldn't return the same courtesy? I was really wanted to work for Greystar. Now, I'm just really disappointed. I was upset how this interview went. But my experience going through the interview was enough for me to know about the company.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Greystar in Jun 2025

Hardest part was getting in front of an actual person/employee because the interview was rescheduled so many times due to behind the scenes changes. After almost 5 attempts I finally was able to interview with the Regional Manager which I thought was great because then I won't have to wait for a second interview. Turns out I was right, I was hired on the spot! Background was just a simple search through a company called Sterling and no drug test.

2 rounds prefer someone with experience. A little unresponsive at first. met with property manager and regional property manager. A lot of great benefits for sure. Met virtually with property manager and regional property manager
Very easy- just a phone/video interview. Was more of a quick conversation. Asked a couple questions but mostly just seeing if we would vibe. Was a very easy process. Although I think this was manager specfic.
