The interview process was bad from the beginning. I was expecting an interview with the property manager but instead I received an interview with someone else. They spoke more about how they loved working there but no questions were asked about my experience. Also I felt I wasn't given the proper interview because of how I looked. I wasn't the look they were going for. To feel discriminated against in a job interview, tells me everything about the company culture.

Very straightforward. Discussed how my skill set will benefit the team. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and was very relaxed. The CM said she will be in contact with me soon.
Big Company but seems to be a cast of delusion from this property manager that I interviewed with. Once we began talking about My Work history she became an interested as I have works in higher positions for a long time just wanted to get my foot in the door with the Company

The interview was done over a zoom call with the property manager. The interview went very well, and interviewer said she would pass on my résumé to her boss. But there was no follow up. I later learned that the interviewer left the company, so that could be why and there is no follow up.
